We may subsequently require further details to enable the processing of any orders that you make. At CZV Platinum Program, we would like to assure you that we take your information and privacy very seriously. The following is a description of what we do and don't do with your details.
For Wishlist to process your order, we need information such as your name, email or contact number, delivery address and payment details. Other information will also be collected with your permission from time to time. This will normally include preferences such as likes or dislikes. A CZV Platinum member may not have more than one active membership, whether this is by use of name, email address, an alias or combination thereof. If you breach this condition, you may be liable for the recovery of any benefits obtained this way, such as promotional benefits and the value therein. Membership accounts are non-transferable. You may update, edit or terminate your membership account at any time. You agree to maintain and update the information as supplied by yourself to ensure accuracy at all times. As a CZV Platinum member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your membership account and password.
Prices of goods and services, postage and handling fee, and other charges displayed on the CZV Platinum Program website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and CZV Platinum Program is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, CZV Platinum Program is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform CZV Platinum Program if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until 6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery. You may select the "Recipient to sign for delivery" option when placing an order with us. By doing so, you agree that we have satisfied the condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partner's discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us. If you do not select the "Recipient to sign for delivery" option, you agree that when our courier partner is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us. fresh items may be delivered to business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 7pm. If the incorrect delivery address is supplied or if there is no safe place to leave the fresh items when no-one is home, they will be returned to the supplier and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In these instances a postage and handling fee for re-delivery will apply. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter. Please note: The 'Signature Required' option is not available for fresh items. We recommend that you enter a delivery address where someone will be during the hours of 9am and 7pm (or 5pm for businesses) on the delivery day. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. International Delivery: wishlist.com.au currently delivers to Australia and New Zealand, but not all items can be delivered to both countries. You or the recipient of an order may return an item that has been purchased from CZV Platinum Program because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with the product. If you return goods via an Australia Post Office or a BP store, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Except where required by law, all returned products must be:

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost. Products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of the gift will be charged to the purchaser via the original payment method.
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, postage and handling fee, gift wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost. Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the postage and handling fee of returning the item to CZV Platinum Program.
Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to CZV Platinum Program promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.
If you enter into a transaction through Wishlist to purchase services or vouchers for those services supplied directly by a third party, Wishlist is not responsible for the provision of those services or for any misunderstanding between you and the supplier. In all arrangements involving the direct provision of services by third parties, Wishlist accepts no liability of any kind in connection with or arising from such an arrangement.
You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against Wishlist and Wishlist's Associates which relate to or are incidental to any transaction. You agree to indemnify and hold Wishlist harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by Wishlist or Wishlist's Associates which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding. You further agree to indemnify and hold Wishlist and Wishlist's Associates harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website using your membership account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Providers of Experiences RedBalloon Pty Ltd (ABN 13 097 376 442) provides experiences on behalf of CZV Platinum Program. Experience Vouchers are promoted by RedBalloon as agent for businesses that provide lifestyle and recreational services to customers ('Experience Providers'). RedBalloon is not a provider of such services or experiences and has no responsibility for any services or experiences provided or not provided by the experience provider or any other party. The experience providers provide services directly to customers. RedBalloon makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service to be provided. RedBalloon do not control the business operations of any experience provider. RedBalloon make no guarantees or warranties about the services that are provided to you by the experience providers. All Experience Vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions of each experience provider and the RedBalloon terms and conditions that can be found here. Some of these RedBalloon Terms and Conditions are set below: Validity Experience Vouchers must be used (date booked and experience taken) within 12 months of purchase. Refunds All Experience Vouchers are non-refundable and not exchangeable/redeemable for cash. Transfer All valid and unused Experience Vouchers are fully transferable. CZV Platinum Program accepts no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent Experience Vouchers. It is the holder's responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the Experience Voucher(s). Lost Gift Vouchers If an Experience Voucher is received and subsequently lost, the recipient may be eligible to have a replacement voucher emailed to them. Please note it is the voucher recipient's responsibility to obtain and provide CZV Platinum Program with all required verification details. Failure to do so will mean no replacement voucher can be issued. Gift Voucher Delivery CZV Platinum Program is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an Experience Voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. If the recipient does not receive the email Experience Voucher, please contact us immediately on 1300 532 230 to send vouchers to an alternative email address. Liability RedBalloon and/or CZV Platinum Program have no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any experience provider or third party. RedBalloon and/or CZV Platinum Program have no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any experience provider or third party. Where RedBalloon and/or CZV Platinum Program’s liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the Experience Voucher purchased. Availability of Experiences All experiences are offered by experience providers subject to availability. Bookings should be made at least 3 weeks in advance. If you would like to book during peak times (such as weekends or holidays), you should book further in advance. Bookings are not finalised until you have received the email entitled "Confirmation of your booking". Please be advised that some experiences display availability dates on the website. These dates are guidelines only and are subject to change. We suggest if you plan to purchase a voucher for a date listed at short notice, you contact us to ensure there is still availability before completing the transaction. Contact Details Give to Experience Providers It is your responsibility to ensure you enter your email address and other contact details correctly when you complete the experience booking process on the booking website. Failure to do so may result in loss or incorrect delivery of the email confirmation of your experience. As the experience provider will be expecting you, you may end up forfeiting your voucher (subject to the experience provider's terms and conditions). Booking Cancellations Once your booking has been made, if you cancel it, you may incur a cancellation fee from the experience provider. The experience providers have their own cancellation policies which you are bound to follow. In the case of short notice cancellations by you, you may lose your voucher completely if the experience provider is unable to fill your space on the day. If an experience provider needs to cancel an experience for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible in order to reschedule a convenient alternative date. CZV Platinum Program will not reimburse any travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred by you or any other person in the event of a cancellation. The Weather Many experiences are weather dependent. You will have the experience provider's details so you can call to confirm whether adverse weather affects your proposed experience. We suggest you call on the morning of your experience if you have any doubt about the weather suitability. If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled at no cost to you. You are required to reschedule as the voucher is non-refundable. Complaints or Problems during Your Experience If you have a problem or a complaint on the day of your experience, please bring this to the experience provider's attention immediately so that issues may be addressed on the spot, where possible. Insurance Some of the experiences that RedBalloon promote as agent are considered dangerous. Prior to ordering or participating in any experience you should be aware of the risks involved. CZV Platinum Program can provide further information if you are in any doubt about any experience. RedBalloon require the experience providers to hold appropriate and valid public liability insurance before RedBalloon will promote their experience(s) as agent and RedBalloon make no warranty or representation about their services whatsoever. The responsibility rests with you to make independent enquiries with the experience provider or other third parties as to the need to acquire your own insurance cover. Descriptions of Experiences Independent experience providers provide the information about their experiences. RedBalloon try to ensure that our promotional information is accurate and up-to-date. However, the content or format of some experiences may change slightly from time to time. The experience provider (upon confirmation of each booking) will provide the final details about each experience. The experience provider will notify you of any subsequent changes. Your participation in each experience is conditional upon your acceptance of the experience provider's terms and conditions at the time your booking is confirmed by the experience provider. Illustrations on our Sites and within our catalogues The photographs used on our websites and within our catalogues to illustrate single or multi-location experiences are provided to RedBalloon by experience providers and are used as an indication only of the machines, vehicles, craft, venues and animals you will experience. Experience Locations The experience providers are located at many of Australia and New Zealand's best locations. RedBalloon are continually adding locations but occasionally we may need to stop featuring some venues. Where locations are described as "Australia-wide" or "New Zealand-wide" the description is indicative only. Some experiences may not be available in remote areas. Experience Session Length Experience session lengths are approximate and are given by experience providers as a guide to the total time you will be at their venue. Unless otherwise stated, you will normally take your turn with the experience provider's other customers and there may be waiting time involved. Any itinerary provided to you is indicative only and the order of events may change. Restrictions on Taking Experiences Certain experiences provided by experience providers are subject to minimum age, weight, health or other restrictions. These restrictions are outlined on the relevant experience information page and also in the email of your booking confirmation. Please read this information carefully. It is your responsibility to understand any restrictions prior to confirming your booking. If you are later forced to cancel due to restrictions, you may be liable for charges by the provider of your experience.
