ELECTRONICS, vouchers and frequent flyer points rank as the most popular staff rewards, according to a recent survey.

Conducted by incentive and rewards company Accumulate, the survey also showed that most employees preferred to select their own reward from a range of items. The five most highly sought items were Qantas Frequent Flyer points, store vouchers (with the most popular being David Jones, Coles and Woolworths) iPods and kitchen and electrical items.
