Users of online incentive technology are clearly sold on its superiority over paper-based systems concerning INFORMATION-MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING capabilities.

Access to information, reporting capabilities, data collection/management, and ease of administration, and award calculations were cited as being better or much better by 60% or more of the survey’s respondents.

Even though ease of use, ease of implementation, quality of communications, ease of implementation, cost effectiveness, on through program participation are significant benefits that have been proven -- online technology providers need to continue promoting these values in order to capitalize on Internet-based incentive program opportunities more fully.
